[Serna] Apparent Bug In Text Mode: Inserting < results in <<

Using Syntext Serna v3.5.1 - 20071123.16371 on OS X, I was using text
mode to correct a document that had literal "<" characters. I did this
by typing "<", copying it to the clipboard then pasting it in place
of literal "<" characters.

When I do that Serna consistently inserts two "<" references.

Cheers,

Eliot
