Re: 400 Bad Request

IIRC,  Juno and Netzero are both owned by the same company, United
Online.  It's very possible that there is acceleration software may be
the culprit here.

Some ISP acceleration software is known to cause this type of behavior

(specifically NetZero's HiSpeed software).  Can you find out if this
user 
Juno has anything like this?
