[ACAT] Why James Weinheimer thinks libraries need to change their cataloging practices

I just finished cataloging a hungarian law dictionary which had an 
acquisitions slip in it dated May 4, 1965. Since the Big Heads are all 
atwitter over "hidden collections" perhaps if we called cataloging backlogs 
"hidden collections" library administrators would rush to have their 
cataloging funded?
