acquisitions in Iran/Question

Hello,
Currently I am a student in the department of Library and Information 
Science at University College London.

I am in the process of writing a report which documents bibliographic 
control, the book trade, and library acquisitions in Iran.  I am focusing 
on the problems/issues of acquisition
faced by librarians in the United States.  As such, I am interested to know 
of any restrictions imposed by the Iranian government on book exports.
I expect that there must be some regulation but I have not been able to 
find any specific source which details them.

If you have the time to provide me with any information you feel would be 
useful, I would be extremely grateful.
