Emacs 23.4 released

GNU Emacs 23.4 has been released, and is now available at
ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/ and the GNU FTP mirrors (see
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html).

Emacs 23.4 mainly fixes a security flaw in EDE (CVE-2012-0035),
described at

It also contains a number of other bugfixes.
