Posting-style group parameter now allows non-ASCII text in values

Hi,

I realized the posting-style group parameter doesn't allow non-
ASCII text in the string components, `signature', `name', `body',
etc.  But now it can.  I used `utf-8' for encoding and decoding
text, as non-ASCII group names are dealt with by default.
