new version of ErgoEmacs Keybinding package

Announcing a new major release of ErgoEmacs keybinding package.

This is now a full-featured minor mode. (Thanks to David Capello for
implementation)

This new version (5.1.0) has these new features:

• It is now a minor mode, that can be turned on and off.

• It added a support for Spanish and Italian keyboard layout. (still
supports US, Dvorak, and Colemak layouts)

• It now has where-is-old-binding command, which lets you find out the
associated command of a given shortcut in emacs default, and what the
new shortcut is under ErgoEmacs.
