One last-minute (optional) update to fi.po

Hi,

Looks like the 2.3.1 release schedule inspired an incoming last-minute
(a sort of "independent translator's" :|) patch for fi.po. I managed to
manually process a third of it tonight, but it's going to take maybe one
more day of work to complete. But I'm under the impression you're
wrapping up 2.3.1 as early as possible this weekend too.

I figure this fi.po has minor improvements to the old, so I'll make it
available now at the end of the first spree just in case. But don't get
gray hairs over it if it doesn't make it, I'm not going to lose sleep
over it either. (Uh. Beyond forgetting to go sleep an hour ago. But that
doesn't count. X-))

In short: This file can be committed to S2_3 if it's on time for the
release. If not, you can skip this and wait for the later update once
I'm done with the patch.

Fi.po for 2_3

Hi,

I'm done - and fi.po is at last past 6k translated messages again in the
S2_3 branch. Phew! Please commit to 2.3:
http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/ruohomaa/po/fi.po_s23

The file can probably be committed to TRUNK and 2_4 as well, although I
weeded out a ton of obsolete messages this time round so it may be a
less good match than the earlier. So I'll delay figuring out that for
later.

(You're in luck: bug #18776 has kept me busy all day, so this will make
2.3.1.)

I'll look at this some other time, after 2.3.1 is out of the way.
