Fi.po update for S2_3 for commit

Hi,

Fi.po to update for S2_3. Could someone commit this, please?

(90 nation translations to go. Oh man, that number goes down so very
slowly, but I've learned lots about Central American, Eastern European and
Asian histories today from mining Wikipedia for the appropriate Finnish
terminology!)

If you hit a string freeze at some point I may yet do another update then
to re-kill the fuzzies.
