Wow, thanks -- >50%, including nations!

There were a couple of errors from gettext, but they could be fixed
without understanding Indonesian, so I've done that. I plan to commit
this soon -- see <http://gna.org/patch/?3445> -- so that it gets into
the 2.4.0-beta1 release.

It seems the plural declaration was reverted to want two plural forms,
but most messages only had a single plural form. Since I think a single
form was the intention, I've reverted to the plural declaration from the
file you previously posted.

That highlighted a handful of strings with (empty) second plural forms.
I've just deleted those.

After that it went through msgfmt cleanly. I haven't actually tested
playing with it, though.

Attached is the po-file I intend to commit. Below are the changes I made
