What title does the intended monarch have?

And I'm sure it would be against the Spirit of the Game to register somebody else without their active consent.

Perhaps she is correctly referred to as Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth
the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of *that* Realm and of Her other
Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the
Faith.

In any case, surely the string "Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the
Second, by the Grace of God Queen of this Realm and of Her other
Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the
Faith" is adequate to identify a specific person even if it has
inaccuracies.
