In the hero stats editor, change the genMaxLevel debug keys from Z/X to F7/F8 
because Z and X are very easy to accidentally press if someone expects to be able to
undo or cut

Also added bounds checking so that gen(genMaxLevel) doesn't go below 1, because the program freezes at 0
