Thanks.  I'm in the process of preparing -07, which will have some new
material relevant to a tsv-dir review, namely listing the events for
TCP, UDP and SCTP that cause creation/release of connection latches.
These details are entirely obvious from -06, but I thought calling them
out specifically would be useful, particularly for SCTP, whose
