Hi all,
  The authors of this draft have published a new revision in response to
the comments received on the ML as well as the last IETF meeting. The
new revision can be found at

We had two people volunteer to review this draft during the Paris
meeting (Thanks Alain and Lorenzo). It would be great if we can have
additional reviews of this draft. Please take some time to read the
