Well there are a few internal deliverables of the project. 

We just had a meeting in Lund, where we decided to produce two
I-Ds, one of which, containing requirements and an overall
concept will be published before the Internet Draft submission
cutoff date for Oslo (June 25). The second will contain the
detailed architecture and will be published somewhat later.
