FW: New Version Notification for draft-zhang-pce-stateful-pce-app-01.txt

Hi, Dear PCErs, 

   We have updated the stateful PCE applicability draft and it is available at
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-zhang-pce-stateful-pce-app-01.txt. 
  
   The major updates, besides some editorial work,  include:
  (1) confine the scope this document and refer to stateful PCEP extension related drafts; 
  (2) add "use of the information of under-construction LSPs" subsection and relevant explanations; 
  (3) add contents for manageability and security considerations; 

  Comments and suggestions are welcome.
