Please e-mail me directly at jkuntz <at> prominic.com in addition to responding on this list if you'd like. We are trying to use SOME kind of API to administer the certificates and cross-certification process currently controlled by Notes. I have thoroughly investigated the C, C++, Java, and LotusScript APIs provided by Lotus. I can't find any way to do the kind of programmatic administration we need. What I would like to be able to do (ideally) is use a Java program to add and delete certificates from a Notes ID file, as well as cross certify a SAFE.ID with a given certifier. Am I correct in assuming that Lotus uses a proprietary PKIX architecture for the Notes.ID files? Are you aware of *any* 3rd party tools in any language which can manipulate these IDs? Thanks!
