Folks, From yesterday's mails it look to me like there's at least enough interest to go ahead and meet in Paris (but feel free to contradict me there if you like!). Magnus and I suggested an agenda, (below). If anyone else has an agenda item (e.g. some of the things mentioned yesterday like TLS-PSK or Plan9/EKE/PAK would seem relevant) can you say so. Don't worry about who'd present what for now, we can work out ways to handle people not being in Paris later on if necessary. If we were to go ahead and re-charter one of the main things we'd need are people to do work. If you're interested in helping out there (and have cycles to actually do stuff) can you let Magnus and I know (off list is fine). And of course, feel free to continue discussing whether and how SPEKE,EKE,PAK,TLS-PSK-DH, etc. might be good or bad for use in sacred. Lastly, no-one commented on the 3rd item (BEEP vs HTTP), which was a major discussion item on the list when we had to make that decision. I guess my default assumption is that silence on that means: "yep, if you do do something then layer on HTTP instead of BEEP".
