Oops, I had accidentally copied the new .txt files to our root level
www directory.  I've now moved them to the correct place.  The
directory should contain:

Ascii versions
  transport.txt  - transport layer protocol
  userauth.txt   - user authentication
  connect.txt    - channel multiplexing and interactive connections

Postscript versions of the same (may be easier to read):
  transport.ps
  userauth.ps
  connect.ps

Note that the old versions might also be cached in WWW caches; you may
need to use shift-reload to get the latest one.
