DTCP Tunnel Parameter extensions.

Has any thought been given to extending DTCP to carry not only the
tunnel endpoint information but also the characteristics of that
tunnel. Examples of this would be

    o    The tunnel key as define in RFC2890 when using GRE tunnels
         back to the feed.
    o    The session and cookie information when using L2TPv3 tunnels
         back to the feed.

We have some applications for UDLR that require us to dynamically
advertise this type of information. At the moment we are contemplating
extensions to DTCP to allow us to do this which we will bring forward
to the WG and propose for incorporation within the standard.
