Odd.  I have no trouble building it in an up-to-date sid pbuilder, or
natively.

Strange, I just retried and reproduced it again.

Could you diff your build log with mine, to see if something is
different ?

I don't see any notable difference other than the fact that it's failing
on your builds and succeeding on mine.  The diff is attached if you want
to take a look.  Note that I've normalized the build directory, since it
was making the diff a lot noisier than it really was.

Actually, it turns out that one of the tests wants to communicate with a
sample oauth server at http://term.ie/oauth/example/

I'll look into disabling this test by default, or turning it into a
non-fatal error.
