Bug#679841: libmkv0: "Hash sum mismatch" on attempt to install library

I am unable to install this package from 
ttp://www.debian-multimedia.org/pool/main/libm/libmkv-dmo/libmkv0_0.6.5.1-dmo2_amd64.deb 
As far as I can tell, other packages are also impossible to install. I 
can't figure out why this one repository is not working.
