Bug#507505: evince: Evince does not display ligatures

Oops - yes I am.  

One other thing to mention is that copy and pasting pastes the space
instead of ff - eg "Clive E ord". 

The same bug seems to apply to xpdf in testing (3.02-1.4) too. 

Do feel free to forward it upstream.
