It does not offer any new untransladed text !
Has every  packages' drdvription been translated, now ?

churro (the server in Spain) is was probably down (again!). there was an 
error message sent to debian-l10n-devel <at> lists.alioth.debian.org this morning 
(UTC).

hopefully bubulle, nekral or cesar have the situation under control.

It is not the problem of this might/morning when the server wass down, but
the fact that it forks almost fine, except that it seem to have run out of
untranslated descriptions.
the "fetch new description" does not appear, and if i force manually it
offer something, but say that someone as fot it.
even thirty minutes ago it had this behaviour, but now gave me a
"good" untranlated one ...
is really running out of untransladed items ? :-) :-) 
the work is done ????

From what we've seen, the problem was probably a broken Internet link
for a few hours.
