* Will this be the last time using jigdo with "non-US"?

AFAIK, yes - in fact, it will be the last time that non-US *images* are
produced.

The CD and DVD images/jigdos are being built right now, and will be in
the normal place.

Yes. For sarge onwards we have dropped non-US.
