RE: Loging Into Freespire 1.1.84

I dunno, but it reminds me of an old saying: "When you lay an egg, the
only thing to do is to step back and admire it." The reference to Unix
leads me to believe it was cut and pasted en masse from much older
code. Look for an overworked programmer with very red ears. ;-)

RE: Loging Into Freespire 1.1.84

Talk about good timing, I got bored late last night & downloaded the
latest alpha, but couldn't get the live CD to log in. After a nights
rest, some coffee & your email, I'm using the live CD now. Going to
shut it down & seed as I run some errands. Thanks, Paul.

but I can't find it in my archived emails. I tried to run 1.1.84 as "Live CD" and it asked for a login. I did the
same with the previous versions and they too asked for login. What am I missing or what did I do wrong? The
only version I have not had a problem with is 1.1.57. John pctech@...

It would be good if this petty annoyance was fixed before the Beta version goes out. I wonder how this bug was introduced as it was not there in earlier LiveCDs. Who is responsible for correcting the bug?
