PXE boot problems

Hi, all

I am trying to set PXE boot.

Server -- VM with Voyage 0.8 live CD. Dedicated USB/Ethernet adaptor,
so VM has its own network card.

Client -- ALIX6F2 board.

I started the PXE server. When ALIX board starts up, I get following
error (after board get the right address from DHCP)
TFTP.
PXE-T04: Missing mode
PXE-E36: Error received from TFTP server

Any ideas what is wrong?
