Lots of packet drops on Soekris 4801

I have stumbled upon something strange, since voyage linux 0.7 there seem to
be allot of packet drops on the eth interfaces. I have seen this on both the
Soekris 4501 and 4801, since they both share the same network devices I can
conclude that there is a bug in the Natsemi network driver that is included
in these voyage linux kernels, or at least in combination with the later
kernel releases.

I have tested four 4801's and a couple of 4501's to make sure it's not a
defective NIC

This is the ifconfig from a net4801 with Voyage Linux 0.7:
