em8300 fails to compile with 2.6.35-rc3

Hi,

I get this compilation error when trying to compile under 2.6.35-rc3:

this error is quite easy to fix - see

You could try to use my repo ( http://hg.assembla.com/em8300-cgmeiner
) where the patch is applied.

Christian, what's the difference between your repo and the current version of 
Nicolas? Would it make sense to use this for to build some debs?

Is there any fix available yet? Still happens with 2.6.36-rc7.
