This is actually in GLEP 10 but the process of that GLEP has come to a
complete halt apparently. General access to /main has been revoked because we
only want a few people to be able to touch the whole Gentoo website. When
ACLs will be introduced at CVS-level, more precise authorisation is possible
and access to the individual directories can (and probably will) be given
again.

Documents in /main don't update frequently so this shouldn't be too much of a
problem.
