1.2.15.1 release candidate sourc tarball online

I have put an rc source tarball on the daily snapshot page:

http://n0nb.users.sourceforge.net

Changes:

	* HD-1780 rotor endpoint limit fix
	* Quell adat compile warnings
	* Sort rig/rot list output from rig/rotctl (-l) by model #

I don't have a Win32 binary up so if someone would like to test the rc
on Win32 I'll make up a binary and put it online.  If I don't hear any
complaints I'll do a release in about a week or so.

Thanks to fixes from Martin, AA6E, and some other stuff I thought of, a
new 1.2.15.1~rc snapshot is up on the Web.

Changes from last time:

	* TenTec Jupiter (TT538) fixes
	* Include various backend notes files
	* Documented sorted -l output for [rig|rot]ctl[d]
