Please test TS-950 backend (was Re: Kenwood TS950SD users?)

I've just committed a patch to the master branch that enables the
get_mode_if function for the TS-950 series.  If possible, this needs
some testing before I cherry-pick it into the 1.2.15 branch for release
in a couple of months.

Nate,

I had a chance to hook up the TS-950 again with your git version.  The mode commands seem to work fine.  I didn't have a chance to get into it deeply, but a quick look is encouraging.
