M710HD smartctl errors

Dear List,
  we have recently set up some M710HD blade servers with RHEL 6.2. The
servers have two SAS discs and we are not using hardware RAID. 

  Running smartctl gives the following:  

# /usr/sbin/smartctl -l error /dev/sda
