Ogg.: OMSA notice a unexistend disk

  Hi,

today one disk of the RAID has failed so i did change it with a new one
but the error after rebuilding didnt work.

Well actually the strange part is this, seems there is a Physical Disk 0:4
The broken disk was the Physical Disk 1:4

Here the line in OMSA:

Physical Disk 0:4 Failed Spun Up
	SATA HDD

I did tryed to uninstall and reinstall the OMSA utility (is a CentOS
box) but didnt work.

So, the question is, how can i remove this "ghost disk"?

Any idea/suggestion?

This is a production server so nagios is sending a lot notifications
about raid/omsa errors.
