missed kbuild/kconfig patches

Hi,

I know there are some kbuild & kconfig patches to be processed. But the
end of the merge window is approaching, so I chose to take what I have
now and submit it to Linus on Wednesday, instead of risking being too
late. I'll look at the remaining patches after rc1.
