Does dm-crypt support multi-core operations like Truecrypt 6.0 does?

Hi there - Subject says it all really

Truecrypt 6.0 just came out and says it's been rewritten to support parallelized
encryption/decryption on multi-core processors (or multiprocessors).

Is that something dm-crypt supports? Just curious :-)

Thanks!

Jason

More surprise: Truecrypt 6.0 internally uses dm-crypt module on Linux now :-)
(not sure if for all types of mappings, but at least for something it does)

and dm-crypt in recent kernel currently runs only on one core (per crypted device).
