[Bug 20928] ASSIGNED: [WISH] Improve linuxwacom support to make Wacom tablets working out of the box
http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=20928 Summary : [WISH] Improve linuxwacom support to make Wacom tablets working out of the box Product : Mandriva Linux Component : Core Packages Version : Cooker RPM Package: drakxtools-10.4.66-1mdv2007.0 Keywords : Triaged Status : ASSIGNED Severity : critical Priority : normal Assigned To: fcrozat@... Reported By: redonnet@... --- Comment #55 from danny@... 2007-07-20 04:56:04 CEST --- I wonder if the comments in 52 and 53 belong in this bug. They look like driver bugs, not configuration bugs (although I wonder if this may be a result of a wrong configuration, I didn't experience them). Protocol should be ExplorerPS/2 - It adds AlwaysCore to the Pad. - It probably should use SendCoreEvents (although I could not find any problems so far with it, as stated above, it is what the docs suggest) - It doesn't install the wacom driver. So it doesn't work if you just plug it the first time.(Continue reading)
