Hi Alan,
Sorry, I'm not sure I can be of much help.
I just checked and I do have some spare time,
but I'm fresh out of any 'spare' inclination.
Could you give us some more info on your problem?
That is if you can find the time and inclination to do so....

These two blog posts talk mainly about setup.

They do have specifics for the LBo chat as well.  My suggestion is to go
there and then type "Hi" at the bottom and wait for someone to answer.
You will definitely find folks there at our Sunday chat time.  See the
information at http://linuxbasics.org/irc/start for more on that.  There
are links there to more on IRC if you need it.  I think all you really
needed is to type what you have to say and hit ENTER and then read what
others say.
