Bits still not released or at least permissions not taken off mirrors
yet? I guess I am finally on top of a release and catching the
announcement early for once and takes time for the permissions to catch
on?

Yes, just wait for a (short) while.

Re: Cambridge (F-10) Beta release announcement

Does installing the beta mean to use rawhide? or is there an easy way to
get stable repositories of Fedora 10 when they're out?

Just before the final release is done the rawhide will point to the
stable F-10 repos so that when F-10 is out you will be running the
stable version and have to actively move back to the unstable rawhide.

I am probably the only one trying to do this, but how can I verify the SHA1SUM
files for the i686 Live iso? I did not investigate it completely, but it
seems that it is only signed with some new key, that is not listed here:
https://fedoraproject.org/keys

The os dir of a nearby mirror contains several gpg key files with different
sizes and names, that are also not mentioned in above webpage.

I hope I can join the contest with my current findings. ;-)

You're not the only one! I couldn't find the key ID (0B86274E for
Fedora-10-Beta-x86_64) in any key servers, or anywhere under
/etc/pki , either.

That has been updated, thanks.

Many of these are symlinks so that secondary arches can use our
fedora-release package but their own gpg key.

There are also some fingerprints of the gpg keys at:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/fingerprints

Can you please sync them too?

Also these keys are install without the "-primary" suffix from
fedora-release-8-6.transition, but mentioned with the "-primary" suffix on
the keys page:

RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-8-and-9-primary
RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test-8-and-9-primary

https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/814

I think that page should just direct folks to /keys for the gpg key
info rather than keeping it in two places (or both pages should
include the same source so the data only ever needs to be updated in
one place).

I don't know where the source is kept for /fingerprints or I'd have
submitted a patch to at least sync them when I filed the trac ticket a
few weeks ago.
