Problem with dual monitor and kernel 3.5

Hi all!

After a update to kernel 3.5, my dual monitor support has stopped working. I am stuck with 800X600 type of display. The actual display should be 1600X900. I am not even able to see this resolution in the display settings. Was anything broken in the recent updates ? What is the fix ? I am having Intel Controller for display.
