[REGRESSION][Quantal] LP:1016170 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1016170

	* The bug is preventing Quantal from booting properly.
	* This is a regression from Precise.
	* Booting back with the Precise kernel does not make bug go away.
	* However, a fresh Precise install does not exhibit the bug.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be
reviewed.
