14 February - 20:30 = short brainstorm on reapproval LoCo Team

Hey people,

on the 16th, our LoCo has to be reapproved.

In preparation, Jean already did a great job on writing the reapproval
text. I think we should certainly discuss this text shortly.

My proposal: Tuesday Feb. 14th at 20:30 for about half an hour - one
topic: finalising the draft Jean made. That way you can organise all
your romantic plans after 21h00 :)

If you can't make it - please have a look at the wiki page and update
whatever you think should tweaking.
If you think of other events worth mentioning: please add them, or at
least send a message to this list.

If you don't know how to edit a wiki page, please send a message and I
(or someone else) will gladly help you out.

I think jurgen really wants ALL the Ubuntu-be members to be single! :D

Anyhow, I'll be there! But if I'm not present, please, please, send me a text message, I might forget it (although I put it in my google calendar and my phone!)

Can somebody please explain what you mean?

As the Loco Contact, I didn't get *any* mail about this (even checked my
spam folder, etc.), while I should be the first point of contact...

afaik, two years ago, the initial email from the Ubuntu LoCo Council for 
the re-approval was sent to Mark VDB ("administrator") and not to the 
LoCo Contact.

@mark vdb: can you confirm you did not received a call for re-approval?

as Jurgen stated, see the link  that announces a re-approval on 16/02/2012:

this is an opportunity for the LoCo team to look at what has been done 
during the last 2 years, and, most important !!!, the roadmap for the 
next 2 years.
imho, the belgian LoCo team council should lead the procedure and 
elaborate the roadmap 2012-2013.
