VDR can't tune on 3.5 kernel

Hello
I know it isn't probably supported but it doesn't hurt to ask.
I use the newest kernel 3.5 with some experimental driver for pctv452e.
Using szap I can tune channels, I can save them using cat, I can analyze
them using ffmpeg.
Hovewer I can't use VDR because it says like below:
Jul 11 07:51:26 wuwek vdr: [5392] frontend 0/0 timed out while tuning to
channel 28, tp 211158
Jul 11 07:51:52 wuwek vdr: [5392] frontend 0/0 timed out while tuning to
channel 53, tp 211200

Re: VDR can't tune on 3.5 kernel

Maybe somebody knows how to increase tune timeout? I was looking in
setup.conf, in google but I didn't find anything

I've found timeouts definition in dvbdevice.c, as I see there is no
possibility to change it externally without recompilation
