changelog for cl-faq for December, 2006

On the slim-vim list we have a tradition of starting a new thread to
post changelog entries every month, and just replying to the thread
when you have a new commit.  It keeps people in the loop, and is easy
to ignore if you want to.

Here are two new commits from this morning and one old one.
