SBCL and net.lisp

For SBCL, port/net.lisp supports two socket libraries, db-sockets and
net.sbcl.sockets. CLiki seems to suggest[1] that both of these have
been made obsolete by sb-bsd-sockets, which is distributed with SBCL
nowadays.

Thus it seems that support for those libraries can be removed and
replaced with sb-bsd-sockets - or am I missing something? Otherwise
I'll write a patch to that effect.
