the end of clump

This list seems pretty dead these days so I figure I'll reclaim the server space

I appreciate your effort in setting this up and have found the list
interesting and helpful, the problem seems to be that it hasn't really
carved a well-defined niche in the ecosystem for itself...

My impression is that discussions appear to happen mostly in the
comp.lang.lisp Usenet group, individual projects have their own mailing
lists, and announcements end up on Lisp blogs and/or get aggregated by
planet.lisp.org, with cliki.net serving as a kind of backing store.

Yeah.  I think planet.lisp.org has become what I originally imagined clump might 
be and I think blogs are probably better than a mailing list for this kind of 
thing anyway.
