pwgl-users: Mensural / non-mensural notation

Dear Mika,

I am currently reading the ENP documentation again and trying to enter some short scores manually.
Obviously, you put quite some effort into documenting ENP. Nevertheless, there are some things I am
missing. Apologies if I missed something obvious.

Is there some way to select either mensural or non-mensuaral notation when adding instruments or voices to
the score? When adding parts there are explicitly both options, but it appears "Add Instrument" results
in a non-mensural part, while "Add Ensemble" enters mensural parts (BTW: perhaps "Add Ensemble" would be
better named "Set Ensemble" as all other parts are removed).

If I have a piano (added as solo ensemble in mensural notation) and then add further voices, these voices are
again in non-mensural notation (shown when the "split" view is selected).

Question: how to select mensural or non-mensural notation before adding voices, instruments etc.

BTW: It would be nice to have some option to convert between mensural and non-mensural notation, but I
understand that such an operation would involve quantisation, so that is best not done by a simple switch...

Thanks for your help!

Best wishes,
Torsten
