Thanks, all.  I've been right-clicking on everything in sight, but am
embarrassed to say I had missed doing so on the attachment's headers.
It's not quite what I was looking for, but it's closer than what I've
been doing.  If I ever get a free weekend, I might even be able to
add to that code a little.
