Look at the "include" - your forgot the dot

I have edit it with:

exception {
	include $VHOME/.mailfilter
}

But the problem is tha same. My personal filter isn't include byt the 
maildroprc, if i edit my .qmail with "|maildrop .mailfilter" my personal 
filter working.
