Dan Liston is the new Majordomo release coordinator

I'm pleased to announce that Dan Liston <dliston <at> sonny.org> has 
volunteered to assume the role of Majordomo release coordinator.  I 
want to thank Dan for volunteering, and also thank outgoing release 
coordinator Chan Wilson.
